ibatn Sintra MITOBO September 1984 - June 1988 Vol- 29 Steve Hart calculates his future A BEGINNING Diversity as defined by Webster’s is a state ot differ- ence; unlikeness. This definition explains the spirit of Masco. We are a student body comprised of different interests, beliefs, and goals. To capture these ideas with one theme could not possibly capture everyone. So, in- stead of unifying the classes of Masconomet with one central theme, we chose two subjects on opposite ends of the spectrum, to try to include all of Masco, no matter where they fall in Masco’s social, academic, or athletic scene. On one end, we have the facts, the serious straight forward side of us which stays in control. In contrast, we have our exploitive side, a part of us which wants to be zany and cut-loose from any down-to-earth characteris- tics. Hence, the 1988 MITOBO staff decided to contrast the known facts, black and white... 7
