I enjoy teaching with Lenny — he does different, exciting, clever things: In his classroom he plays with rub- berbands and geoboards; on the ath- letic field he plays harder than his team; at home and by himself he likes to run in the rain . He ' s my neighbor and my friend and I ' m lucky for that. Jack Paarlberg Mr. Emmons is an inspiration to the team on and off the soccer field. To the players Lenny is more than just a coach. He takes interest in each one of us as a friend and brings out our full abilities. Personally I was lucky enough to be on Lenny ' s soccer team for two years, and this year as co-captain of the team I was able to have a closer look at Lenny. He was always there when I needed him, helping me to play my best. Lenny worked the team hard in practice but he was there with us, taking full participation in all the drills, inspiring us with his stamina and his strive for excellence. Thank you, Lenny, for sharing with us your love for soccer. Bob Dignitti
