Peanuts gang comes ' to life for Thespians The final production of the 1978-1979 Thespian season was You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown , the play ver- sion of the famous Charles Schultz comic strip. The com- edy of Snoopy, the innocence of Charlie Blockhead Brown, bossy Lucy . . . all were brought to life on the stage by the Maryvale produc- tion group, in a witty, charm- ing style. The portrayal of Snoopy is certain- ly not one of the easier tasks in act- ing, but Micah Williams brought the character to life. Whether he was pondering life on top of his doghouse Cupper rightl or imagin- ing himself to be more than just an average dog ibottom right! Snoopy is one of the most popular charac- ters ever. Other portrayals were by Tracy Sifrit, Steve Hall Cupper left? Lisa Lee and Tony Sarsam Cbottom left! in the play, seen here in pre- production. I 4. X
