Highlights of the year for many of the members were marching in the festive Homecoming Day Parade, the Port Huron Memorial Day Parade, and performing for all of the home Varsity football games. The band was also invited to play for the area wide Christmas tree lighting ceremony in December. They later held a Christmas concert, and in the spring a second concert was performed for the public. During the year, many of the band members joined together to form a pep band, where they provided music and an extra sense of school spirit for the Girls ' Varsity home basketball games. 1. ,, l know what a treble cleft is! announces Steve Maday. 2.
