Mrs. Baker, Advisor The National Honor Society was headed by Julie Evans; Jeff Ropp was the V.P. of the group. Mike Zimmer acted as the Treasurer; Lori Hondzinski , the Historian; Mary Miller , the Recording Secretary; and Billie Sue Walter , the Corresponding Secretary. They were very active this year , selling posters and knick-knacks. They sponsored a Christmas party for the Woodland children. In February , they went bowling as a group. They had many fund-raising activities such as a paper drive , held the weekend of Parent-Teacher Conferences. Selling caramel apples at home football games i ncreased their treasury. The profits will go toward their trip to France next year. They also caroled at Christmas time with the Thespians. Of course , they sang in French. FRENCH CLUB - 17
