Journalists Write About Them ★ ★ The 1978-1979 AMPLIFIER S Staff was headed by Amy Greenhoe S and Michelle Jones. Feature Editor was Karen Fraley; Editorial Editor itt was Patti Boyle; Co-Sports Editors were Jim Bixler and Mark Zimmer; V and Literature Editor was Linda Masar. “Cub Reporters” were Jane Merchant, Lori Wilson, Kathy Henderson, Jeannie Pozar, Debbie Sawdon and Kim Ashley. The AMPLIFIER Staff is a member of the N.S.P.A., Quill Scroll and M.l.P.A. They worked diligently to get the paper out every Friday for the students ofMHS. ★ ★ ★ A Different “Type” Of Stars Standing: Corrine Smarch, Mr. Collard, Annette Francisco. Sitting: Jean Knapp. Jeanine Washington, Debbie Dahlke BOEC went to the Regionals this year at the St. Gair Co. Skill Center. There they qualified for the State finals held in Detroit at Cobo Hall in spelling and typing. March 29, the annual spelling and typing contest was held for the students at M.H.S.
