Those seeking membership performed in one-act plays for the club. A one-act play No Greater Love was presented to the Postscript Club by a group of dramatics members. Dramatic films sponsored by the club were also shown. A Holly- wood Theater group presented Modes and Manners in Acting. The National Thespian Society is an honor so- ciety in the sense that students are granted mem- bership for having performed meritorious work ln dramatic arts and for having met the membership qualifications and standards as established by the Na- tional Council. The charter for Troupe No. 500 in Marysville High School was granted in 1942 and since that time 87 students have qualified for mem- bership. Hawley, pr ogra m chairman.
