JAMES EDMUNDS created more interest than ever before. lt is a monthly publication and IME contains all current college news. A l The Collegian was launched upon its doubtful career in the fall of 1924, after the' failure of the Crest in the previous year. It gained imme- diate approval and popularity with the student body. lts circulation among the alumnae has annually increased. ' ' HTTN this its third year, the Collegian has functioned more efliciently and 'a el ln its Hrst year, a precedent for soliciting contributions from men for one entire issue was established, and this novel idea is rapidly becoming traditional. This year a Prom Number lent variety to the form of the newspaper. AS a Hrst attempt it Was very successful. This year, also, the size of the paper Was cut down, and the number of pages increased from four to eight. The result is a more attractive and more easily handled publication. The Collegian is the undertaking, responsibility, and pleasure of the Junior Class. Itnovv rests on thehrm foundation of three year's experience and hard Work.
