I 966 NF ioined in the parade with Cecille Gerber, Marycrest senior dele- gate, and Mike Brackman, former St. Ambrose senior delegate. Sue Putnam, irighti reigned as Homecoming queen, 67 Homecoming closed with an alumnae business meet- ing and brunch in the Petersen dining hall. Martin L. Duggan, associate managing editor of the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, was guest speaker. Mrs. Joan Meis Sherwin presented the Distinguished Service Award to Sister Mary Benita Peiper, superior general of the Sisters of Humiiity, and Miss Mary E. Reistroffer, as- sistant professor in the department of social work extension at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Mrs. Mayme Kane, a Marycrest housemother, was made an honorary member ot the Marycrest Alumnae association.
