The Music Educators National Conference is an organization that promotes music education and is an excellent club to join if one is Inter- ested in teaching music. It is a ser- vice organization whose main pro- ject thus far is raising money to pro- vide a book scholarship for a fresh- man music major. The chorus sings two or three major con- certs per year at the College in ad- dition to Christmas and other sea- sonal concerts. The Mary Washington College Chorus is made up from a group of students who attend the College. They sing music for Vk omen ' s chorus from all periods of music literature. They sing two concerts annually as well as other seasonal concerts in the Fredericksburg area.
