Throughout the year the Speech Pathology Club has many service projects and fund rais- ers. They offer the chance for the entire stu- dent body to hear their guest speakers. The club visits the different schools In the area and has parties for the children. Each year a trip is sponsored to the University of Virginia to visit the speech Pathology Department there. The main purpose of this club is to promote an interest in Speech Pathology. SPEECH PATHOLOGY CLUB: Maureen Gibson, Mary White, Dowling Dent, Aliena Casacu- berta, Kelly Norton, Gino Burrows, Susan Kousimeider, Debbie Childress, Beth Young, Katie Cowan, Martha Trotter. The purpose of the physical Therapy Club is to orient interested students as to the job of a therapist and education needed for it. Trips are taken to pgysical therapy departments in hospitals around the area, such as MCV and National Or- thopedic Hospital. Every year the club along with other allied Health clubs, plans and executes the MDA Superdance. Anyone interested in physical therapy Is welcome to join. A loan fund is also avai- labe for students from Mary Washington entering physical therapy school. Cure-All The Pre-Med club is headed by Dr. Mahoney and sponsors many events throughout the Year. Some ot these things include trips to other schools to visit their de- partments in Pre-Med. Activities include speakers form medical technology schools affiliated with Mary Washington College, trips to medi- cal technology schools for laboratory tours, and social events. The purpose of Pi Nu Chi is to provide nursing stu- dents with information about transfer programs to nursing schools. It also gives students an opportunity to participate in various social activities throughout the year. Pi Nu Chi is open to all interested members of the college community. M

All The World ' s A Stage Named for the ancient Greek Muses, tragedy, comedy and dance, Tri-Muse is open to all stu- dents interested in theater and dance. Through various money making projects, master classes are offered in dance, mime and acting. Also, trips are sponsored to attend dance and theater productions. Work is extended to the stage through help on all mainstage pro- ductions, dance concerts and cho- reography shows sponsored by the Department of Dramatic Arts and Dance. Tri-Muse also gives a scholarship to a student of Mary Washington College w ho vj be attending the Fredericksburg Theater Company as an apprentice.
