THE BUS DRIVERS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 1962-63 The Mary Potter School Bus Drivers cover approximately 10,000 miles monthly; transporting a total of 792 pupils to the following schools; Mary Potter, Orange Street and Angier B. Duke. The bus drivers meet bi-monthly to exchange ideas, and discuss various problems. Items that are dis- cussed include: 1. Safety in the operation of buses. 2. Proper care of vehicles 3. Music hath charms to soothe the savage beast. This charm has drawn many students of Mary Potter School into various areas of music. The Mary Potter Chorus exemplifies this fact as they labor untiringly to make their appearances a success. The Junior Glee Club participates in the Christmas Program at school, the Spring Festival held in the City and County Schools, and other Civic Programs. 58
