Students can better them- selves spiritually in many ways - daily Mass, visits to chapel, and membership in an on-campus spiritual organization. The Senior Class, however, has an exceptional spiritual opportunity - a three day closed retreat. This year the seniors chose to make their retreat at Cary. Afterwards, the general consensus was that a closed retreat is one of the highlights of a Catholic college education. If only this were a wedding bell. Through Many Facets Investiture ceremony at Mary Manse College. A daily visit to chapel. Mary Manse aims to make Catholicism an integral part of the daily life of all her students. All avenues of spiritual benefits are open to those students who Wish to make use of them. From their first year at college, the spiritual is emphasized in many ways. Freshmen are formally invested in the cap and gown of academic life on Investiture Day. Then they commence a four year program of studies in The- ology, including scriptural study, Christian ethics and various facets of Christology and Mariology. Yearly, students are offered the opportunity to make a three day retreat. Finally a four year program of spiritual instruction and guidance ends only with graduation day.
