Dcdica tion Sister Mary Ethelreda, Registrar. VVhat does the job of college registrar entail? Does it simply mean being available to register students for classes? Not at all. This is only a small segment of the formidable task which faces the Mary Manse College Registrar, Sister Mary Ethelreda. In addition, Sister Ethelreda is responsible for the grades and courses of every student, past and present, who has attended the college. Upon request, transcripts are made available to anyone wishing them. Sister is ready at any time to help students evaluate credits, or answer questions. , Indeed, this is a full-time job when one considers that Mary Manse has an enrollment of over seven hundred full-time students and equally as many part-time students. It is affiliated with nursing schools, and extension courses in Lima, Tiffin and Toledo. Also an important part of the College is the Summer Sessions program, which attracts over six hundred students. Thus the position of registrar does attain paramount status. Loyalty, devotion, vitality aptly describes the manner in which Sister Mary Ethelreda carries out her responsibilities. She has accepted her position and has made available to all, her time, her interest, and her delightful disposition. Besides her many duties as Registrar, Sister Ethelreda maintains other important positions on the Mary Manse Campus, one of which is the head of the Classical Languages Department. In addition, Sister Ethelreda chairs the Arts and Forum Committee and the Committee for Admissions, Scholarships, and Policies. The responsibilities of these chairmanships are many and consume much time. The success of the 1965 Arts and Forum Series attests to the diligent service of Sister Ethelreda. The 1965 Brescifm Staff is proud to dedicate its yearbook to this' perpetual bundle of energy. VVe look forward to many more years of her indispensable service. 8
