mfzfjfzg 1942.02 us! Wawms To foster basic ideals and to coordinate school life, the Student Council exists as our organ of student government. Comprised of three G. O. officers plus all activity and class presidents, its mem- bership is an exhibition of practical democracy. Moreover, discus- sion of pertinent school issues and the presentation of suggestions make up the chief work of the Council. ln the application and devel- opment of its program, the Council is guided by an appointed faculty adviser. Thus, the body pursues its highest goal - the cultivation of traditional Catholic leadership to aid a spiritually impoverished world.
