Junior Red ross hapter of'f .... Foremost among the aims of the Junior Red Cross Chapter of T.M.L.A. is the desire to help all those less fortunate than we. Meeting at 3:10 every Wednesday afternoon in 117, we prepared a Red Cross Chest for needy children of foreign countries, sent gifts to cihldren's and veteran's hospitals and discussed various topics concern- ing Red Cross activities. Filling Red Cross stockings for children is looked forward to by all. Our home economies department made nightgowns and our memhers 160 dressed dolls which were sent to childrcn's cen- ters at Christmas time last year. This past term we have also entered the lntcrnational Art Pro- gram which has for its purpose the promoting of good will among nations. Under the capallle leadership of our officers: Kathryn Tucker, Presidentg ,loan Rowley, Sce- retary and Maureen Fitzgerald, Treasurer, the term is closing very successfully. lVon't you join us next term?
