TIME FOR MUSIC V. Curran, Presidentg J. Hauprich, Treasurerg M. Rescigno, Secretary, R. Mauro, Vice President. LADIES OF LEISURE Psaki, Treasurerg J. Wagner, Vice President, C. Gallo, Presidentg E. Dehan, Secretary. - After struggling through exams and Regents three years, we had approached that glorious moment of our lives-our Senior year. Our first duty was the election of class officers: Virginia Curran, Presi- dent, Rosemarie Mauro, Vice President, Marie Rescigno, Secretary, and John Hauprieh, Trea- surer. Many activities called upon members of our class to be their officers: Mary St. John, Sodality Vice Prefectg Carol Hasto, Vice President of the Glee Club, and Phyllis Lynch, Secretary of the Orchestra. The A.A. is well represented with Alyce Peters, a varsity forward and Marie Reseigno, a vivacious cheerleader. Mary Killian and Irene Huddy are on the Muriel Staff and Loretta Dei- ker is Hobby Club President. All in all, every girl has helped in making our class as wonderful as it is. 7-2 Our Hrst activity of the term was elections. As President, 7-2 elected Car- men Gallo, and to assist her as Vice President, Jac- - queline Wagne1'. Our Sec- retary is Elaine Dellan, and Treasurer, Connie Psaki. Regina Bligh, Christine Rosen and Judy Sheridan are Sodality, Cenesian and Mariel rep- resentatives respectively. We are proud of Eliza- beth Brown, who represents the A. A. and Mau- reen Garvin of the Propagation. We are honored that Marie Sportelli, Vice President of the G.0., lives with us. The following statement of our first President is culled from the 1948 Crusader when we were in I-I and it reechoes in our hearts, Altogether we have a wonderful class, and I hope that some day we'll be the best eighth term class that T.M.L.A. ever had. 112
