The importance of nutrition to general health and to its maintenance was clearly shown by the many types of diets we formulated and dished. ' cam The sterile, green world of the OR was both strange and fascinating as we circulated and scrubbed on many types of cases. This experience enriched our understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body.
