3 brothers But what makes us mac) Are the things that Joseph tells us of the breams he ' s often had ' dreamed that in the fields on ay, the corn gave me a sign YouTifleven sheaves of corn all turned and bowed to mine My sheaf was quite a sight to see, a golden sheaf and tall Ypurs were green and econd-rate and really rather sm I dreamed I saw eleven stars, the sun and niiion and sky Bowing down before my star, it made me wonder why Could it be that I was born for higher things than you? A post in someone ' s government, a ministry or two? (Joseph Act I scene ii)

To the Class of 1985: The only constant I know is change. My wish for all of us is that our years on this emerald green hill have helped each of us to live more comfortably with change. Dreams are the precursors of change. They are our hopes for the future. Dreams fuel the fire that gives our days sparkle and our nights warmth. They make life worth living. For me, life without renewing dreams, a new goal, a new challenge, an anticipated new experience, would cause the years to stretch before me into a tiresome journey toward an unknown finali- ty. Instead, each dream makes each dawn the first day of the rest of my life. The autumn of my life is instead spring. I anticipate no cold winter, only the heartwarmth of summer. I go with you. Class of 1985, to a new world of unknown but joyfully anticipated dreams. Virginia L. Lester Presidcm ' i Unet

The dreams ofWir dear brother are the decade ' s biggest yawn His talk of stars arid golden sheaves is just a load of corn Not only is he tactless but he ' s also rather dim For there ' s eleven of us and there ' s only one of him The dreams of course will not come true That is, we think they won ' t come true That is, we hope they won ' t come true What if he ' s right all along? The dreams are more than crystal clear, the writing on the wall Means that Joseph some day soon will rise above us all The accuracy of the dreams we brothers do not know But one thing we are sure about — the dreamer has to go! 1 (Brothers Act II scene i) And SO, the next day, far frcifn home, the brothers planned |he repulsive crime
