BLUE STREAK STAFF With the curtailment of class income because of a variety of uncontrollable factors, the stall' of this year's Blue Streak has had the unenviable task of re- ducing expenditures by limiting the number of pages, and by continuing policies in keeping with our limited facilities for Hnancing Senior projects.
