From 1895 until the present time, three schools have served as high schools: from 1895 to 1903, the second tloor of what is now known as the Central School, from 1904 to 1923, the Betty Zane School, from 1923 until the present time, the Charles R. Shreve High School. This year, plans are being :nade for the construction ot modern, well-equipped buildings, includ- ing a new high school. In this splendid program for the continuation of the growth of our schools, may the spirit ot Ferry High, which has always been present in all our endeavors, continue to be the guiding influence in the new school ot tomorrow.
