THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE LAREDO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT MR. lOE C. MARTIN President ot the Board We believe that the idea of liberty is as strong as life and even death, as invincible as truth, as deathless as lhe indestructible God wha gave it. The Board of Trustees of the Laredo Inde- pendent School District is composed ot seven members elected by the qualified voters of the city at elections held on the first Saturday ot April of each year. One year two members are elected, the next year two more, and the following year three are elected. Each member serves for the term of three years. ln that manner, at no time will the terms oi a majority of the Board expire.
