Our Junior year was highlighted by the Junior Prom, in June, when Patti Correl- lus was crowned the queen of the court. In November, we had a horseshow on the softball field; and judges awarded ribbons in each contest. The Junior Class Play, A THURBER CARNIVAL, was a big success. Both girls’ and boys’ varsity basketball teams were playing in the state tournament. Our president was Gary Pachico; vice president, Gret- chen Schilling; secretary, Jo-Ann Fra- gosa; treasurer, Barbara Handy; and historian, Prudy Peckham. Our advisors were Mr. Weissberg and Mr. Lemen- ager. Sophomore year was quite prod¬ uctive, with the class working together in various projects. We sold boxes of chocolate turtles, raffled a black and white television set, and sold coffee and donuts in the sum¬ mer session of high school. Our president was Mary McCarthy; vice president, Gretchen Schilling; and secretary, Jo-Ann Fragosa. Mr. and Miss Sophomore Class were Ronnie Brown and Mary McCarthy. Senior Class Officers and Advisors Mr. Roger Lemenager, advisor; Gretchen Schilling, vice president; Jo-ann Fragosa, secretary; Gary Pachico, president; Terry Andrade, treasurer; Ellen Feil, historian; Mr. Milton Weissberg, advisor. This year, we are busy applying to colleges, getting jobs, and planning our futures, awaiting June 8, 1975, when we all will hopefully receive our diplo¬ mas. The yearbook staff eagerly has been meeting deadlines to get its publication printed this spring. We have senior privileges this year, the open-ended day open on both ends, a coffee machine, and the music center is our homeroom. Mr. Ross, Mr. Herr, Mr. Nute, and Mr. Donald are our homeroom teachers. Thirty-four seniors attended College Day on October 30, 1 974, at Cape Cod Community College to meet representatives from several col¬ leges. The learning center was moved into its pres¬ ent location, and the guidance department was relocated in the superintendent’s former office. The newly-created drama department offered 9 classes this year, taught by Mr. Duncan Ross. The radio sta¬ tion WVOI broadcasts the Saturday Showdown on Saturday mornings.
