A yearbook is a starting line for memorieTof “what really happened” for no book could possibly cover every moment of four years of high school 4 ' ' the frenzied frolic of eleven concerts in two weeks or the pandemonium accompanying the final football game of the season, the trouncing of Nantucket midyears, finals, “Hey, nobody has to sign my computer report card!” that prom date CHARGE!!!! orange make-up out of your ear” and the squabbling of class meetings and the day you made thirty words a minute with only five mistakes and a twinge of nostalgia coupled with the realization that it’s almost over the occasional awareness that you’re getting what you came to get Kala Kristouyena tales out of school “Vineyard Isle, the green the Vineyarder can only remind that life at the Regional was romantic” ’ Iriany things, and you’re off and remembering. a challenge to the finish. the struggle of applications and College boards and homework and research papers that were finished the night before the deadline and hostility-and “Can I bor¬ row your gym socks?” and Spring! and the heat of “extracurricular activities” versus schoolwork and forever fi hsticks and people like Mr. Knight and “plays are fun and all .that but you just cannot get Janet Erickson, editor
