19 The M-U Social Studies department offers a varied cur- riculum. It allows students to learn the basics and find out more about specific areas. Examples of the course sub- jects are: Latin American Studies. American History. Soci- ology. World History. American Cities and American Wars. MATH The M-U Math Department caters to the needs of all M-U students. This is seen in the variety of courses offered. They range from: General Math to Geometry to Math Analysis to Probability and Statistics. M-U Math teachers are hard-workers as they strive to bring mathematical knowledge to their students. And if you followed that last proof or derivation, they succeed!

20 Do your linguistic skills classify you as a beginning, intermediate or advanced language student? M-U lan- guage teachers provide classes for each of these levels and for those of you who are somewhere in-between.
