Wanted: More students for business education. Reward: Greater knowledge, higher level of understanding. The Business Hducation department sent out it’s plea for greater enrollment and inter- est this year. The department believes that their skills arc a necessary part of a students ability to achieve in higher education. The Home Economics department succeeded in bringing together the “Suzy Homemakers of the World” and filled the school with the smells of fresh baked bread. The sounds of printing presses and saws and the smells of sawdust and ink issued from the industrial art room and echoed through the halls. Together these three departments provided the opportunity for students wishing to continue their education in vocational skills to receive a basic and comprehensive background in the field of their choice. 28
