The MJHS band members play at pep sessions for the entire student body. Jw 'Q 5 aw at 3 XR New uniforms were purchased forthe band this year. Students try them on for the first time. Another requirement of the band is to play at all home basketball games. , 42 mf , The MJHS band marched in the Fall Festival Parade in September.

Special Times 151,71 w 3 25 X-.- Seventh grade students were presented a talk on Tales From the General Store, a newspaper based on crafts and stories of the folk in the Wabash Valley area. As part of a magic and superstition unit in literature, seventh graders were given a show in magic by Curt Zschau. t f .J at Whether their reactions are humor, dismay, or joy, all students look for- ward to receiving and exchanging class pictures. 22 f Hg - t .V X -an , is Students observed Art Week by watching various skills demonstrated in the library each day. Lisa Barnhart and .lim Mills were the local seventh and eighth grade winners. Spanish students celebrated Christmas by making their own Spanish pinata.
