When we were young enough to be susceptible to fairy tales. nearly all of us believed in the glamorous transformation that could be consummated at the touch ol the good tairy's wand. As we grew up we became so realis- tic and so prosaic that we could scarcely admit that these tales ever in- trigued us. Within these walls there has come to pass a spectacular transformation as unique as any performed in lable. Inexperienced. shy a:nd insecure Freshmen have learned that responsibilities are invariably bound to privi- leges. These same Freshmen have gained in poise. experience and gracious- ness until they surprise not only the staff. but themselves as well.
