Brian Lycan was crowned Romeo with runners up John Adams, Kevin Stoelting, and Duane Emanus. The Lions had a roaring victory over the rival Casey Warriors. The home- coming queen, Ms. Kathy Halloran, was crowned by Mr. Gary Welsh in McNary Gym at 10:37 p.m. on October 24, 1980. Kathyls attendants were Seniors Kelli Spittler, Diane Staub, and Terri Turnerg Junior Cheryl Wielandg Sophomore Robin St. Johng Freshman Diane Wallace. Magic was the theme of the homecoming dance. Trips were taken to a sawmill in Greencastle IN, andrto the Great Dane Company in Brazil, IN. Also held were the Christmas Card Contest, masquerade party at Halloween and the Roman Banquet with first year members as slaves. The team was lecl by three seniors: Kevin Stoelting, Greg Tucker, and Curtis Waiters whose strengths lay in defense.
