Their goal is to spend the public dollar in such manner as to maintain the best possible educational plants and to offer courses of study that comply with the highest standards. For ten years Mr. Cary Huston and Mr. Lamkin james have served as board members. Mr. Robert Hoy has been its secretary for eight years. and Mr. john C. Reed and Mr. Donald Huff have given two years to this public service.
