Trafton came to Iohn Marshall High School as a teacher of social studies in September, 1940, Mr. Boulls brought to his teaching a rich background in his chosen field, a high interest in the profession, and a love of young people. A staunch be- liever in the trained mind, Mr. Boulls set his standards high to work toward this goal. Never compromising with half- completed tasks, he looked upon educa- tion as a challenge toward perfection and accepted no substitute for hard work. Iohn Marshal is a better place for hav- ing had Trafton Boulls as a member of its staff over this 19 year period. Fol- lowing three years of history, the seniors enhanced their education with knowledge of the American economic system and practical les. sons in democracy, MR BOULLS
