S: 'Pf- The excellent Marshall High School Band, State Division Winners in 1951, performed ori- ginal half-time festivities at the local football games, had the distinction of being invited to play at the U. of M. football game in Ann Arbor, and played for local programs, shows and parades. At the District Band Festival this year they were First Division Winners which qualified them for State for the sixth straight year.
