The industrial arts department is under the able direction ot Mr. George Carlson, Mr, l-larold Meix- ner, and Mr, Karl Patrick. The printing shop per- forms an indispensable service by printing various notices and announcements. Mr. Clittord l-lume and Mr. Cecil O'l3rien com- pose the commercial statt. Mr. l-lume is new this year at Marshall, but has already earned a place tor himselt by his genial good-nature. Mr. O'Brien doubles as head baseball and hockey coach. Mrs. Carol Engene directs the home economics department. Under her skilltul management, we learn the finer points ot homemaking, It is here that many a girl tinds her future vocation, The physical education department is composed ot Mr. Dean Shawbold, Miss Katherine Irvine, Miss Emma Stevning, and Mr. l-lugo Fischer.
