Cur Mr. C. E. Blume Cardinal time suggests that another school year is nearing the end. As we turn these pages we recall again many of the year's activities and pleasant memories are stirred. Commence- ment is just around the corner and for many it will mean the parting of the ways. Life has a way of pausing but never stop- ping. New friendships, new tasks, new adventures lie just ahead. To go forward, ready and willing, determined to give our best, holding fast to those things thatiare right and just, is to prove that our days spent in high school were not wasted. We live in deeds, not years, in thoughts, not breathsp ln feelings, not in figures on a dial. We should count time by heart throbs. He most lives Who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best. We can also see trophies tor swimming, football, wrestling, boxing, and track. Trophies Won by the debate club, which talked its Way to tame and Won many honors in years gone by, are also on display.
