Boys and girls learn to assert themselves mentally, physically, and emo- tionally. We hope we faculty members here in the Marshall system have provided the right en- vironment and the proper incentive for the students to do their best in all phases of a complex and changing democracy. Boys and girls, through your work here and otherwise, you are becoming a part of the greatest nation on earth. Will your joining the rank and file of U.S. citizens make our country agreater America? We hope so, and if we have had any part in steering you into the high road, we are happy. I personally have enjoyed this year in the Marshall school system and the fine fellowship with teachers and students. May we all ever go forward and enjoy a richer, finer life. Your Superintendent,
