Jan also received the Betty Crocker Homemaker of Tomorrow Award. Awards given in speech went to Peggy Colling and Karla Anderson. Outstanding P. E, students this year were: Sophomore, Tom Poole, and Freshman, Ron Vaughn. Girls At leiie Association Award Jeani Hubbard was chosen to be the G.A.A. girl of the year. She has excelled in all activities in the girls athletic field, and has served as President of the G.A,A. for the past year. 130 Seppi Scholarship Dr. Leon Seppi gave a 3100 scholarship to Carla Byington for her outstanding participa tion at Marsh Valley.

Henderson Scnnlnrsnlkf l5'nrkeff5cnvlnrsn1,ns Receiving the S100 scholarship awarded by Mr, Erwin Henderson, was Connie Morris. She re- ceived this scholarship because of her high grade average, and must attend a school within the state of Idaho. Z Cdl. Scnnlnrsnzp Mr. Lee Robinson received a 3350 scholar- ship from the Future Teachers of America because he intends to go back to school this fall instead of teaching at Marsh Valley. The Future Teachers also awarded Julie McDaniels with a S50 scholarship. Mike Egan was chosen by the Marsh Valley coaching staff to receive the Burkett athletic scholarship because of his outstanding performance in athletics It is in the amount of 5100. Steven Woodland was chosen by the science and math teachers to receive a 3100 scholarship from Dr. Burkett in honor of his achievements in those fields.
