. Reigning over the Pep Club Dance, Kind of a Drag, were Mr. Marsh Valley and his attendants. fSittingJ King Lee Hunsaker. fStandingJ Blair Condie, Rickie Bloxham, and Rickie Lake. Kind of a Drag, the Pep Club sponsored Co-Ed Dance, attracted many Eagles to dance to the music of the Inmates. The Pep Club sat amid the spectators during games and helped boost all of the Eagle 's school spirit. Pep Club members, Laurel Harris and Brenda Richards, held the Victory Hoop for the football team to run through after half-time. Leading the cheers for the Pep Club were Marsh Valley 's spirited cheerleaders. The Pep Club supported all the school sports and tried to keep school spirit at the top. They accompanied the teams to some of the away-from-home games and hung posters in the halls to remind the students of upcoming sports activities. They planned the Co-Ed Dance and selected Mr. Marsh Valley and his attendants to reign over the dance. To raise money, the first year members sold Christmas Cards. As T blazers were turned in and new officers elected, the members looked forward to another exciting year in Marsh Valley's Pep Club. 1
