The Future Homemakers of America, one ofthe vocational organizations of M.H.S. , has as its motto, Toward New Horizons. The F. H.A. girls began the year's activities with their annual picnic at Illini Park in order that the upperclass- men and freshmen might become better acquainted. Another highlight of the year was Daddy-Date Night when the girls and their father participated in various games and dancing. During F.H.A. Week the Mother-Daughter Banquet and the spring style show were on the list of activities. The officers attended the Fall House of Delegates Meeting and Patricia Stalker was elected section Parliamentarian. Representatives from twentyatwo schools attended the section meeting at Streator.
