O en Theatre Present . . . Under the direction of James W. Thomas the Mars Hill College Theatre Arts Department pre- sented The Wizard of Oz during the '84 fall semester. This produc- tion brought together a cast of Mars Hill's most talented actors and actresses and carried the au- dience back in time to a land at the end of the rainbow from which they may never want to re- turn. One SART production received special recognition during the 1984 season. They,re Playing Our Song, under the direction of Ms. LeElla Ratcliff, was chosen by the U.S. Department of Defense to participate in a USO European tour during the summer of 1985.
