As a result, some pro- grams require time before recognition can be achieved. The recognition that any given pro- gram gains is a result of the performance of its graduates, We in the Chemistry Department feel that the corner has been turned in recogni- tion of our graduates. They prepare students in the areas of accounting, business education, economics, general business, and office administration. The department is the sponsor of the Business Honor Club. An important part of the Business Honor Club is the Business Club Alumni As- sociation, which was organized in 1939 and has met annually since that time.
