Social Goals Give Basis for Change Gpen forums, Senate meetings, conferences with the administration -- these are only a few of the activities that go on behind the scenes in the Student Government Association of Mars Hill College. Trying to build an effective line of communication between students and administration as well as building a more efficient government were only two of the goals of the '73-'74 SGA.
