He has got his start in that direction as managing editor of the Hilltop. His other interests include being secretary and vice-president of the Eus and a member of the Scriblerus Club. HERBERT LESTER, Phi- Herby is a top cartoonist, and he really likes tennis and ping pong. He has been censor and vice-president of the Philo- mathian Society, and has a personality that grows on one. DABNEY CASKIE, En-This curly blond-headed boy, who caused the girls to swoon. has been a member of the Science Club. His personality made him known by all on the campus, and all were sorry to see him leave early in the year to ioin the armed forces. FO MARY ANN BEAM, Clio-XVe can't be sure what inspires her dreamy look, but on her it looks good. She has been a Society oiiicer, a member of the Volunteer Band and the Home Makers Guild. RACHEL BRUTON, N011-This one has a little bit of Shakespeare in her blood. Her success as an English major can easily be foreseen in her Come Vi'let Time. She has been vice-president of the Nonpareil Society, house president, Y. XV. A. circle leader, vice-president of the Volunteer Band, and J member of the Dramatics Club.
