Schar Thompson Celbach Mr. Raymond Schar Mr. Schar is our only teacher with red hair. He graduated from Penn State College. He now teaches Ag- riculture at Mars High. Mr. Schar is rather shy and quiet, but is known for his cute laugh. He lives next door to Evan City High School lhe'll never live that downl. Mr. Schar has great ability in teaching the boys all about farming. Mr. A. H. Thompson, jr. Mr. Thompson has been teaching Civics and Math at Mars High School for three years. llc graduated from Geneva College where he received his B. A. Degree. Mr. 'I'hompson has ability of teaching those who are slow in catching on. lie is also known for his humor and the special way he laughs. Mr. Clyde C. Celbach Ohl those History classes and Mr. Celbach. Yes. he is our History teacher. YVe seniors always remember the dates of the civil war, the Constitution and Mr. Cel- bachls humor. He received his high school education at Mars and later went to the University of Pittsburgh where he received his A. B. Degree and BI. Lit. degrees, X Clflfl . Elmer Bovard Campbell Mr. Clarence Ebner Mr. Elmer graduated from Indiana State Teachers College where he received his B. S. of Public School Music degree. From there he went to the army for four years. In 1945 he then came to Mars as a band instructor. He has recently taken over chorus, and has done a won- derful job of it, and also of band. Everyone will remem- ber Mr. Elmer for his patience and winning personality. Mr. Gerald Bovard Try and keep up with Mr. Box ard and you would be all worn out and ready for a rest home. He is a very active and busy man. llc received his B. S. Degree at Crove City College. Mr. Bovard teaches Bookkeeping and Salesmanship. llc is our capable football and basket- ball coach. Mr. Bovard also teaches the boys Physical Education classes. Mr. Andrew Campbell Mr. Campbell, better known as Andy, graduated from Slippery Rock College where he received his B. S. Degree. N'Ve Seniors will always remember Mr. Camp- bell's P. O. D. class, where he told us all about the big worldf, The Freshmen will remember his Civics class and the advice he gave them on how to act when they are seniors.
