Innertube Waterpolo: A Walk On The Wet Side This is the second semester that Marquette NROTC has par- ticipated in the Rec Center's in- tramural innertube water polo tournament. Although the Navy Seals did not place first in the tournament, -. they were always first to get to 4 . the G loo after the games. After i' all, winning isn't everything.
