To the athlete who exhibited the spirit of competition and the fairness and unselfishness to teammates and opponents. To the schoolmate who by his quiet and friendly example left his many school friends saying, “I can’t remember him ever saying anything bad about anybody.” To the classmate who shared all the good times and bad times and feelings that only classmates can have. To the nephew who could leave every aunt and uncle saying, “I hope I have a son like him some day.” To the brother ... the big brother ... who was the kind of gentle, loving protector, the shining star we loved so much. To the son and grandson that makes every parent proud to say, “that’s my boy” and I cherish every minute I had with him and every memory I have of him. To the child of God who gave us so many reasons to love him and see the face of Christ in him. 4 Anyone for a manicure?
