They learned to be better proofreaders of compositions, enhanced their writing activities and have been working on a new idea of a junior high block. This block consists of two periods each day with Mrs. Carnes in the curricular areas of language arts and social studies. However, it wasn’t all work for they enjoyed a party with the seventh graders at the York Community Center. They participated in swimming, ping pong, pool and foos ball. Later they enjoyed a snack at Tom’s Drive In.
