Fund raising projects for the eighth grade class included selling candy, conducting concession stands at the junior high games and a bake sale. The 8th graders were involved in the magazine sale campaign again this year. On March [6th the class enjoyed an evening of fun at the Community Center in York. They topped the evening off with lunch before returning home. The big event of the year occurred on the evening of May | 7th when the fourteen members of the class received their diplomas. V. Pres. Se venth graders concentrated mostly on money making projects and decided to save their money for future years. They had concessions at two jr. high games. Besides bringing baked goods from home, they made brow- nies, popcorn and carameled apples in home ec. They also sold Current stationery and greeting cards. Todd Danhauer's father spon- sored a class sledding party in their pasture in February. The seventh grade class also held a party at the Community Center in York.
