Yesterday is gone. Its joys, its sorrows, billow into a cloud of fond memories. Its worries and elations mark stepping stones from infancy to adulthood. Yesterday ' s dreams begin early. They start with your first friend, continuing through to your last. They nourish themselves on happy moments, and sad times you try to forget. But never can. They learn to walk on school’s first day, Stumbling and falling over books, Homework, and teachers. Yesterday ' s dreams hold your first love. Your (first date, your first formal, and prom. Orientation, football, basketball, Homecoming, Mardi Gras, Prom, Melt into that warm glow inside. Yesterday is gone, and thoughtfully we remember, and we laugh, and maybe even cry- a little.
