This Book Is Affectionately Dedicated to the Memory of Harvey A. Cope Harvey Cope passed away suddenly this year, and he will be sadly missed by all the students who knew him. Mr. Cope was voted the most popular teacher several years in a row. Economic students will remember his WIN button. Cope shoes, and his deaf act with the attendance girls. Some of Mr. Cope ' s favorite sayings were Time out! , No way, baby and Don’t mess with the rock!”. In the seven years Mr. Cope was with the Marple Newtown Senior High School, his personality had a positive effect on his colleagues and his students. His empa- thy and concern for students is well known. Consequently, Mr. Cope s contrib- utions to the well-being of his pupils is a monument to his sense of humanity.
