FOREWORD W ITH our six years of education and actixlly at Marple- Newtown High School about to be terminated, we of the Senior Class ha e composed this Memories of 1942 as a retro- spect of the yesterdays for your pleasure In the tomorrows. Quite ob iously It Is impossible to classify our many and diver- sified activities into strictly temporal periods, so our divisions of Classes, Activities, and Athletics are arbitrary ones serving chiefly as basic style for the book and stressing those student interests which are i articular preeminent during these three time divisions.
